DEEPER PURPOSE RETURNS TO IN HIS 2 DEEP IMPRINT WITH ‘STUNNER’

Deeper Purpose has spent the last few years cementing himself as one of tech house’s most dependable heavy-hitters. The London artist has built a catalogue that stretches across major labels including Toolroom, Catch & Release, Experts Only and Insomniac, while his remix of Piero Pirupa’s “Everybody’s Free (To Feel Good)” became Beatport’s longest-running Tech House No. 1 in 2021. It is that balance of underground punch and peak-time impact that has kept his name firmly in the conversation.

Now, he channels that momentum back into his own camp, returning to IN 2 DEEP alongside Jack Orley and Michael Ekow for “Stunner.” Michael Ekow’s vocal brings a bold dose of personality to the record, cutting through Deeper Purpose and Jack Orley’s rolling production with real impact. Built with maximum dancefloor intent, the track feels designed for those peak-time moments where energy and character matter in equal measure.

More than just another release, “Stunner” feels like a statement. Coming off the back of “Jenny” with Balanka and Meryll, it continues a run of club-focused records that underline the label’s identity and Deeper Purpose’s sharp ear for high-impact collaboration. With Jack Orley and Michael Ekow in the mix, this latest IN 2 DEEP outing feels less like a return and more like another reminder: Deeper Purpose knows exactly how to engineer a record for the peak of the night.
